Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your campaign. This policy explains when a refund is available for campaigns ordered from GetView.
When we will refund
- Cancellation before launch: if you cancel your request before your campaign goes live, we refund the amount paid.
- Ad not approved for language support: if your video ad cannot run because its language is not supported in Google Ads, we refund the amount charged.
- Billing error: if you were charged incorrectly, share the payment proof and we will correct it.
When a refund is not available
Once a campaign has started running, the advertising budget spent on Google Ads cannot be refunded. Campaign results are estimates and are not guaranteed, so performance alone is not a reason for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email getview.info@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 75054 12463 with your name, phone number, video link and payment details. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
